“My car won’t start.”
Listen first. Gather the pickup, vehicle and other details one question at a time.
Caller stays on the lineBuilt for independent towing teams · Early pilot
Give the next caller a calm first answer. TowAnswer gathers the details and checks privately with your on-call driver, then returns to the customer with an answer.
No signup. No card. No changes to your phone.

A first answer for the calls
your team can’t get to.
Built around the actual job
You need the pickup location, the right service, and someone who can take the job. Without a customer having to explain their breakdown three times.
An intake your driver can use.
A clear answer when nobody’s available.
Your crew, coverage and dispatch rules.
Start with light-duty towing and roadside requests. Keep using your existing dispatch and accounting tools. A native dispatch integration is not included in the current pilot.
Confirmation matters
A ringing phone doesn’t tell you if a driver can take the job. A private conversation does. Explore the intended pilot workflow below.
Listen first. Gather the pickup, vehicle and other details one question at a time.
Caller stays on the lineGive the driver the essentials. Ask them to accept or decline.
Caller cannot hear this briefingEnd the private driver call. Return to the customer with the confirmed outcome and any driver-provided estimate.
Accepted ≠ service completedThe AI checks privately with the driver, then returns to the caller with the result. It shares an arrival estimate only when the driver supplies one. The two phones are never connected.
Driver accepts → AI updates the callerInteractive example, not a live dispatch. No drivers are contacted. Phone activation follows setup and a supervised acceptance test.
Try it before you change anything
A real AI conversation. A fictional towing company. Give it a tricky pickup, interrupt it, or ask when help will arrive.
“I don’t know the street. I’m next to a gas station.”
“Actually, can we take it to my mechanic?”
“Can you promise a truck in 20 minutes?”
Use fictional details. The demo cannot send roadside help or call a driver. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Practice a light-duty towing request with a fictional operator. No truck is dispatched, and no price or arrival time is guaranteed.
Uses your microphone. Voice goes to the AI service; transcripts are saved.
“My car will not start in a parking lot. Can you arrange a tow?”
Your actual conversation will appear here.
A small first step
Start with after-hours or overflow coverage. Keep your current number and agree the confirmation process before customer calls go live.
Hear the intake yourself. No account or business details required.
Agree service area, job types, on-call drivers and human fallback. Review pricing before activation.
Use your own test phones first. Confirm acceptance, no-answer and caller recovery before forwarding customer calls.
After-hours & overflow
The same call intake, private driver confirmation, team workspace and job reporting. Pick the allowance that fits your call volume.
A lighter call load
Regular evening & overflow coverage
Higher-volume towing teams
Every plan includes one business location and assisted setup. Free browser demo. No setup fee. Cancel future renewals anytime.

Billing starts at checkout. Telephone activation follows business setup and supervised testing. Native Towbook sync and customer SMS delivery are not included. Subscription terms
The practical questions
The pilot starts by reviewing your existing carrier’s forwarding options. You keep your business number. Forwarding is configured and tested before customer calls reach TowAnswer; the browser demo changes nothing.
No. TowAnswer focuses on answering and collecting the request, then confirming who can take it. Your team keeps its dispatch decisions and existing tools. A native Towbook or other dispatch integration is not currently included.
The intended workflow tries eligible drivers within your configured limits and uses your agreed dispatcher fallback. No answer is never treated as acceptance, and the caller is not promised a truck.
The browser demo does neither. In a pilot, prices and arrival times must follow your approved process and be confirmed by your team. Driver acceptance alone does not provide an ETA.
The initial pilot is focused on light-duty towing and roadside intake. Police rotation, heavy recovery, impound releases and other complex workflows need separate review and are not assumed to be supported.
The 60-second browser demo is free, subject to availability. Starter is $149/month for 200 minutes, After-hours is $299 for 500, and Fleet is $599 for 1,200. Each plan includes assisted setup for one location. Extra usage requires a separate agreement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you or activate calls.
Tell us a little about your operation. We’ll discuss a focused pilot with the people, coverage and fallback you actually have.
No commitment from this form.
