TowAnswer is an early pilot service operated by Burki for towing call intake and dispatch assistance.

Your operation remains in control

You are responsible for your business coverage, authorized driver contacts, quotes and staffed fallback. Creating an account or preparing settings does not activate call forwarding or dispatch. Telephone activation requires supervised testing.

Use and safety

Use the service only for authorized business activity. A driver acceptance, call transfer or shared location is not a guarantee of arrival. TowAnswer is not an emergency response service. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Maps

Google Maps features are subject to Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google’s Terms of Service. Route estimates do not account for every towing restriction and do not confirm a driver arrival time.

Subscription and usage

Monthly plans are Starter (US$149, 200 handled minutes), After-hours (US$299, 500 minutes), and Fleet (US$599, 1,200 minutes). Each covers one business location and assisted setup. Billing begins when you complete checkout and renews monthly until cancelled. There is no setup fee. Cancel future renewals through Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Inbound call duration and each connected driver-transfer leg count toward the allowance; overlapping legs count separately. Unused minutes do not roll over. Extra usage requires a separate agreement. We do not automatically bill overages. We review the allowance during assisted pilots and agree coverage or additional usage before extending it.

A subscription does not itself activate telephone service. Your business details, authorized driver contacts, staffed fallback and supervised call tests are required. If TowAnswer cannot activate your agreed pilot, contact support for a refund of the unused subscription. The browser demo is free; no free paid-telephone trial is included.

Trials and integrations

The public browser trial uses a fictional towing company and cannot send roadside help. Third-party dispatch integrations and payments are available only when explicitly connected and verified. The scope of each telephone pilot is confirmed before activation.
