TowAnswer is operated by Burki. TowAnswer accounts and towing workspace data are stored in its own service. Burki provides the underlying voice infrastructure.

What you share

Account information, business coverage, driver contact details, towing requests and call transcripts support your workspace. Voice calls use the configured voice service. The browser demo uses your microphone and saves transcripts; use fictional details.

Pickup location

A customer can choose to share their current coordinates once through a private, expiring link. We do not continuously track their location. Sharing coordinates does not confirm a driver or arrival time.

Maps and billing providers

When you search an address or calculate a route, that location is sent to Google Maps. Embedded maps also connect your browser to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Opening subscription checkout sends the account email and workspace billing reference to Stripe. TowAnswer does not store card details.

Access and requests

Workspace access is limited by account roles. Do not add customer or driver information without authorization. For questions about access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected].
